On an ordinary morning, everything stops. The clocks stop ticking. The wind stops blowing. Yet our protagonist, a callous and indifferent 26-year old writer, is able to move freely. He takes the freeze as a fateful sign to become Bedridden, in protest of the life that has deprived him of his identity. Unbeknownst to Bedridden, a strange man with extraordinarily ordinary features, observing him from far away, is the key to unwinding the interconnected tales of love and loss pervading Bedridden’s life.
